Refund and cancellation policy

In short: payments to Cherished are non-refundable. You can build and preview every design for free before you pay, so you can see exactly what you are buying.

No refunds

Each payment is a one-time payment for a digital product: it publishes one invite and unlocks every feature for it. It is applied as soon as your payment is confirmed, so all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes a change of mind, not using the invite, and an event that is postponed or cancelled.

No cancellation after payment

An order cannot be cancelled once you have paid. Until then, you can simply close the payment window and you are not charged. Payments are not subscriptions, so you are never charged again automatically.

When we fix it or refund you

We will put things right if a payment goes wrong:

  • Charged twice: if you were charged more than once for the same invite, or charged more than the price shown at checkout, we refund the extra amount.
  • Payment not applied: if you paid but the payment was not applied to your invite, we apply it. If we cannot, we refund your payment in full.
  • Money taken for a failed payment: if money left your account but the payment shows as failed, we check it with Razorpay. If we received it, we apply it to your invite or refund it.

How to tell us

Email support@cherished.in from the address you sign in with. Include the payment reference (it starts with “pay_” and is in your receipt email and in your bank or UPI app), which invite it was for and what went wrong.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go through Razorpay to the original payment method: the same UPI account, card or bank account. After a refund is started, banks and UPI apps usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money.
