Digital delivery only
Everything Cherished sells is digital: your invitation, its link and the features that come with it. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and we never need a delivery address.
When you receive it
Your invite is published and its features unlocked as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. This is normally instant; sometimes a bank or UPI app takes a few minutes to confirm. You see the confirmation on screen, and we email a receipt to the address you sign in with. You then share your invite yourself, through its web link, for example on WhatsApp.
If your invite is not unlocked
If you paid and your invite has not been published and unlocked, email support@cherished.in with your payment reference. We will apply it or refund you, as explained in our refund and cancellation policy.
